BMW X3

For the 2010 model year the X3 continues with a single model, the X3 xDrive30i. The designation denotes the vehicle's use of BMW's xDrive all-wheel drive system and its powerplant, which is a 260-hp 3.0-liter aluminum/magnesium Valvetronic inline-6. Complementing this engine is a 6-speed STEPTRONIC automatic transmission, which is a no-cost option. A 6-speed manual remains standard as the 2010 X3 retains its position as one of the only vehicles in its class to offer a manual transmission for serious driving enthusiasts.

The X3 xDrive30i can sprint from 0-60 mph in 6.9 seconds with its 6-speed manual, or 7.1 seconds with its 6-speed STEPTRONIC automatic transmission.
