Changes and Cancellations: All changes and cancellations must be made with Experient until March 14, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. EST. Beginning March 15, 2012 all changes, cancellations and new reservations need to be made with the hotels directly. Deadline dates and cancellation policies vary by hotel. Please make sure to refer to the reservation confirmation (sent via email) for your confirmed hotels cancellation policy and deadline dates.
