No, tickets can be purchased on-site at the door throughout the public days of the show.
You will need to have either a hard copy of your on-line ticket to be scanned, or a clear image of the barcode from the ticket saved on a smart phone. Please note that printing services are not available on-site.

Yes, Will Call is Located in the Crystal Palace on Level 3 by the 35th Street entrance to the Javits Center. There is an Information Booth on the North Concourse on Level 2.

Variety of cuisine, variety of price, freshness and quality of taste are the themes of the Javits food courts. There are many permanent and temporary food outlets throughout the Center, located on Level 1 and Level 3. All the food outlets are operated by Centerplate Inc. The scheduling of the food outlets varies. Most locations are open throughout the show but schedules can vary.
Level 1 Food Court
Visitors entering the Food Court are presented with an array of international cuisines to choose from:
· Grazie Italiano for authentic fresh made Italian specialties
· Taste of the East Chinese cuisine
· West Side Grill for fresh made burgers, chicken sandwiches, onion rings and fries
· Mai Sushi
· Koso Fresh Bibimbap, white rice bowl with vegetables and choice of protein
· Mexicana Cantina
· Pickit Salad station where you can create your own specialty salad
· Lavazza Coffee Bar (Italy’s Favorite Coffee) for specialty coffee, pastries and hot sandwiches
· Agape Grill, Greek sandwiches and salads
· Big Georges BBQ sandwiches
· Mendys Glatt kosher cuisine
· Kore Korean BBQ
North Concourse
Centerplate now has additional offerings on the North Concourse that include the 39th Street Lavazza and the Concourse Café. These concessions have recently expanded their menus to include Starbucks cappuccino, espresso and specialty drinks, in addition to salads and sandwiches.

A Starbucks is located just inside the taxi drop-off on the Concourse Level, and offers its famous coffee selections, scones, muffins and other treats.
Crystal Palace
The new Crystal Palace Marketplace offers a variety of made-to-order menus and snacks using local New York products, in partnership with the Pride of New York program and several well-known restauranteurs. Look for a new favorite from new permanent concepts:
· Crystal Palace Grill, a New York City-style grill developed with Chef Dave Pasternack of Esca and Eataly’s II Pesce, serves up classic and specialty burgers and fries, hearty chicken sandwiches, and iconic New York-style hot dogs.
· Tortugas Voladoras features authentic Mexican recipes created with Chef Roberto Santibanez of Fonda restaurant, with hearty torta sandwiches, roasted corn and black bean salads, and house-made tortilla with fresh salsa and guacamole.
· Asian Vegan Tacos, created by famed vegan Chef Richard Landau of Vedge Restaurant, serves up filling and flavorful bun-style sandwiches stuffed with spicy Korean eggplant and kimchee; lemongrass-glazed tofu dressed in creamy curry sauce with daikon slaw and fresh basil and cilantro; or a Hoisin-marinated Portobello mushroom with a Kung Pao slaw, black vinegar, and ginger crema.

Yes, the Javits Center is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed areas including the covered portion of the inner roadway.
